How Buyback works

Buyback unifies the whole device buyback and trade-in loop — quote, ship, inspect, pay, resell — into one hosted platform you drop onto your store. Your customers getinstant, questionnaire-based quotes; you get less price upkeep and fewer disputes.

After inspection, you pay the buyback — or, for net trade-in, issue a partial refund on the original WooCommerce order. If the grade changes on inspection, the customer is notified right away and can accept the new value or have the device shipped back free.
